From Ivory and Oak, the photographer:
“This styled shoot was based out of Portland, Oregon and evokes a vintage, minimalist style with warm autumn tones. This was my first styled shoot and my vision was to create a bright, simple look that utilized bold florals to define space. The venue is a historic schoolhouse turned wedding venue that is filled with simple charm. The plates, glassware, candlestick holders, and a few other detail items came from Schoolhouse Electric, a local store known for its minimalist designed hardware, home goods, and utility items. They recently launched a wedding registry and jumped on board at the unique opportunity to reach potential couples through the shoot for their registry! It was a huge moment for me when I realized that such an impressive brand wanted to be a part of this shoot. Not a lot of people know about their registry, so this is a fun opportunity to highlight a modern option for couples looking for a registry more unique than the usual. ”
