Kaitlin and Tom chose the urban venue Summerour Studio for their winter wedding in Atlanta because of its simple yet sophisticated aesthetic and view of the city skyline! Their decor was minimalist with clean lines, and the color palette was primarily white, cream and dove gray with pops of color from fuchsia florals and dark greenery. Rustic White Photography captured their celebration!
An industrial winter wedding in Atlanta, GA
The Attire
“I chose a silk crepe shift dress with a slight 1940s influence and accessorized it with a sash, all from Amy Kuschel. My bridesmaids wore Amsale dresses in a dove grey color. I loved the the airy fabric. My husband and the groomsmen wore navy blue suits.”
Favorite Moments & Special Details
“The venue was a great backdrop for photography, the ceremony was beautiful. I loved the ombré curtain back drop and strands of greenery behind the wedding party. In the ceremony, I loved the set up in the room that formed and natural dance floor and mixing big rectangular tables with circular tables. It looked pretty and made it easier to build the seating charts.
I wore a ring from one of my great-grandmothers that my mom and aunts wore in their weddings. We were happy that we kept things fairly simple and only spent money on what we thought were key aspects that would make the wedding more enjoyable and memorable for our family and friends.”
