Vintage bride!
When Lauren Bush married David Lauren this summer, she had the honor of having her dress created by her fashion icon father in law to be, Ralph Lauren.
Bush says the dress “isn’t Victorian exactly. I wanted something modern as well, so there is the high-necked collar and puffed shoulders with the large open back.” The dress featured hand embroidered tulle and took 100 craftspeople more than 3,000 hours to create. Bush said seeing the sketches for the dress was a “dream come true.”
