This sweet and sassy retro-inspired styled shoot from Brides & Dolls has two parts: a picnic engagement with a modern twist on 1950s greaser style, and a charming pink and aqua Valentine’s Day wedding featuring an authentic vintage pink wedding dress (a family heirloom) and crimson birdcage veil paired with a pink engagement ring. Real life couple Iris and Benjamin modeled for the shoot. The groom’s boutonniere is a pin Brides & Dolls made from a handkerchief for a unique alternative to flowers. The bride’s pink wedding dress was paired with a simple strand of pearls and adorable saddle oxfords. The retro bicycle was just the icing on the cake! Actually, instead of cake, they had cupcakes with a lace design to mirror the bride’s gown. For a super fun favor, they chose 1953 pink Cadillac model cars!
