A classic ballroom wedding in Orlando, FL
Callie and Phil got married in June at one of Orlando’s prettiest venues: The Historic Dubsdread Ballroom. Classically elegant with chic black and red details, their wedding day was the perfect celebration of their love for one another. I absolutely adore the bouquets and floral arrangements! Initially, Phil wasn’t too sure he wanted to see his bride before she walked down the aisle, but Callie was sold on the idea of having a few moments to themselves before the ceremony. So they had a first look with Laura Yang Photography, filled with tears and laughter. They planned their portraits for after the ceremony at sunset, but by the time the ceremony ended, Callie wasn’t feeling well, and she had to miss the first half of their reception. By the time she was up to joining the party, the sun was gone, and she wanted to spend the rest of the evening with their guests. If they hadn’t opted for a first look, Callie and Phil would have ended up with no bride and groom portraits from their wedding day; because they did have a first look, they have some truly stunning photographs of themselves at one of the happiest moments of their lives.
