Sometimes, it just takes a fresh perspective to turn something trendy into an unexpected new design. Leslie and Thava’s summer wedding exhibits that in spades. Take, for example, the addition of lace as a design element. While lace is a timeless fabric, it’s been overused in the last number of years (lace runners and burlap linens, anyone?). We love the lace application on that perfectly arched tree branch that the couple was wed under, creating a uniquely defined space. And if you look closely, you’ll notice lace fully wrapping the centrepiece containers – not that you’d be looking at the container, given how gorgeous these lush arrangements of garden roses are. One last thing that we love? Leslie’s fresh, summery bouquet. There is something about that pop of yellow that brings such cheer an all white-and-green arrangement!
