Nardos is one of the designer’s that’s been wrapped up in the large, front-and-center bow trend. For spring 2024, the Enchanting Garden bridal collection features modern takes on classic bridal trends. The gowns are defined by structure and feminine florals, with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

This strapless mini dress really caught our eye. We love the beautiful lace detail on the asymmetrical skirt paired with the clean bodice and scoop neckline.

The playful gown would be a fun pick for a 2nd wedding dress. It’s cute and flirty and would really wow your wedding guests from ceremony to reception.

Designer Mira Zwillinger crafted this romantic number. For her spring 2024 haute couture bridal collection Awakening, the designer was inspired by her own creative expression. Each of the 13 designs feature a light and airy floral motif while boasting excitement and inner beauty.

This dreamy ball gown, titled Sheya, is all about balance. The grand bell sleeves, which are a detachable option, match the handmade floral lace detail of the full skirt. A romantic, deep v-neck draws you in and is very sexy-romantic.

The stunning gown belongs in a luxe garden setting, with romantic chandeliers and soft flickering candlelight during the outdoor reception.

Sculptural Ball Gowns

Ball gowns are one of the most popular and timeless silhouettes, yet this season we’re seeing a sculptural element added to the classic style. Whether it’s structural detail within the bodice or the use of clean, modern fabrics—it’s definitely something to take notice of.

First up, this stunning ivory ball gown is fresh off designer Rivini’s spring/summer 2024 bridal collection. The collection is all about accepting the imperfections within beauty. The gowns blur the lines between traditional and contemporary, which is exactly what we see with the gown above.

The ethereal Brielle ball gown takes a classic silhouette and gives it a modern yet romantic twist. The delicately draped bodice is a romantic touch while the asymmetrical off-the-shoulder multi-bow sleeve is ultra modern. The entire gown is covered in 3D floral beaded lace while classic pearl buttons finish the back of the gown.

Designers Viktor & Rolf are known for their cutting-edge, fashion-forward designs, so we weren’t surprised to see their modern take on the classic ball gown silhouette. For their spring/summer Mariage collection, the designer’s signature play on sculptural designs fit our trend perfectly. Surreal floral-motif embroideries were also a focus, along with embellishments like dreamy bows and frosted pearls.

The gorgeous ball gown above boasts a frothy tulle skirt that we can’t stop thinking about. It’s a great juxtaposition from the asymmetrical bodice featuring a deep v-neckline. For a floral moment, flower bouquet-inspired embellishments trickle down from the shoulder of the wide straps. It’s a bold yet feminine move for this luxurious gown.

Colored Dresses

We love a daring color on a wedding dress, and this bold and unique trend will continue into 2024. From elegant pastels of blue and pink to dominating gold and black hues, the color play is here to stay.

Just take all our money right now. This fairytale dream of a dress comes from the iconic Ines Di Santo. The spring 2024 collection, In Full Bloom, is a celebration of the designer’s 54th line since launching her namesake brand—can you say wow? The assortment highlights fabric manipulation techniques, hand-crafted details and a variety of silhouettes.

We’re singing praises for the Symphony wedding dress, a grand one-shoulder ball gown in the most beautiful baby blue hue. For extra volume, the shirred fabric skirt features a layered peplum accent and delicate 3D floral applique. The design is ultra-romantic and the bride looks like an elegant fairy.

Galia Lahav Fuego Wedding Dress

Switching gears to this spicy-hot number from world-renowned favorite Galia Lahav. Her spring 2024 couture collection is inspired by the opera Carmen, following a love affair between a soldier and an independent woman. Each gown represents the intensity of love and is a tribute to the romantic spirit and timeless beauty of the opera.

The Fuego gown is bold, dramatic and fearless—just as the designer intended. The stunning mermaid silhouette boasts fierce passion through sumptuous French lace, Flamenco-inspired silk tulle and feathered ruffles, all in a show-stopping black color.

For an extra-sexy touch, an illusion panel on the corset back features a v-back frame with mini black buttons. We can’t stop thinking about this gown, and it’s sure to please a number of daring 2024 brides.

Dazzling Embellishments

Since we’re going big in 2024, it’s no surprise that flashy, attention-grabbing embellishments like sequins, sparkles and beading are key accents this season. Specifically, we’re noticing a lot of designs, that are truly more red-carpet glam than bridal, replicating the Jazz era and 1920’s flapper girls. See for yourself below.

Danielle Frankel Lana Wedding Dress

For Danielle Frankel’s VIII collection, the gowns are a mix of sleek silhouettes and large, billowy fabrics. Each gown has a unique feature, whether it’s a corset-inspired bodice, sculptural off-the-shoulder sleeves, or a surprising all-over embellishment.

The latter of the three is what caught our eye on the Lana gown. The pearl-colored dress is featured head-to-toe with hand-embroidered baroque pearls and transparent sequins. The A-line silhouette is lined with airy organza and boasts a deep, alluring v-neck.

True to the trend, the gown is giving us 1920’s vibes like a sultry lounge singer. We love it for a dazzling wedding gown or as a reception dress.

Naeem Khan Mercer Wedding Dress

Naaem Khan’s spring 2024 collection is all about the embellishments and patterns. The designer, known for creating fresh, young and sexy gowns, had a variety of long and short designs with eye-catching accents this season: feathers, ruffles, lace, beading, you name it.

Retro-inspired styles were definitely out to play and we’re not complaining.

One of our favorites is the Mercer gown—a strapless dress with a georgette lining and embroidery on net fabric. The gown is full of stunning detail including a pearl-encrusted bodice and drop waist paired with the full-of-life feathered skirt.

A low scoop back completes the look while the trainless skirt is perfect for dancing the night away.

Embroidered Eminence

Our final trend for 2024 is elegant embroidery. Multiple designers are featuring intricate, beautiful embroidery for a soft and feminine look and feel. We’re seeing everything from hand-drawn botanical designs to fan-favorite floral motifs.

For Elie Saab’s spring 2024 collection, titled A Sense of Wonder, the designer aimed to transcend fleeting moments while capturing a place between heaven and earth through elegant designs and intricate details.

Boasting vintage romance, this long-sleeve wedding gown is so feminine and elegant. The base is actually a mini dress made of beautiful organza material. A semi-sheer overskirt adds illusions of opacity and transparency while the entire gown is flowing with intricate lace embroidery. The tulle veil, with the same lace embroidery detail, is a traditional cathedral length to complete the royal-inspired wedding-day look.

We can’t talk about ethereal romance without thinking of Claire Pettibone’s latest collection. For 2024, the designer’s Les Fleurs collection is all about expressing femininity and life through florals. Dreamy gowns crafted from tulle, lace and silk will make spring brides sing for joy. Other themes of note include nature-inspired applique like cherry blossoms, roses, branches and peonies that come to life in the couture gowns.

The Hana gown, meaning “flower or blossom” in Japanese, is adorned with pale yellow and ivory rose embroidery along the mermaid silhouette. The gown boasts effortless elegance through delicate lace-edged cap sleeves, a sweetheart neckline and a sheer illusion back. It’s the perfect choice for the modern romantic bride.
